Security: Employees (plan participants), Employers and Providers use special User IDs and Passwords that are only known by them to access our site. The User ID and Password are not stored on a user's hard drive.

Login Protection: MCS issues a unique User ID to each Plan Participant, Employer and Service Provider that provides access to their specific part of the web site. Initial passwords are also assigned that must be changed the first time a users logs in. On subsequent log ins, each user has the option to change their password. Like your ATM card number and password, never share your User ID and Password with anyone who you do not want accessing your information.
