Flexible Spending Accounts
Our Flexible Spending Account ("FSA") services allow an employer to establish a Plan under IRC section 125 that allows employees
to pay for certain health care expenses on a pre-tax basis that are not covered by an insurance plan. In
addition, an employee can pay for certain dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis through the FSA. In
most cases, our FSA services can be combined with our Premium Only Plan services.

EBS Flex Card
EBS-RMSCO also offers our EBS Flex Card for immediate payment of FSA expenses directly to the provider.
Our Flex Card enables participants to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses wherever
Visa is accepted, from physician and dental offices to pharmacies and day care centers. The Flex
Card reduces the need to file claim forms and eliminates the need for the participant to pay cash for
the eligible expense and then wait for the FSA reimbursement check.
