MCS Benefits Outsourcing Services

• Benefit Information Seminars - MCS will provide at least one informational seminar at the employers primary location each year.  Our people also stand ready to meet via telephone and email as required.  Additional seminars can be scheduled as needed at additional cost.

• MCS will terminate or add employee/dependent coverage in all delegated plans when notified by the employer. (Notification can be completed on-line.)

• COBRA/HIPAA Administration - If this service is selected, MCS will administer these important benefits on your behalf, relieving you of this requirement and possible legal liability.

• Internet Education/Assistance - MCS CSRs will spend phone time with your employees to educate and assist them on the use of your benefits.
